Our Team

Hi! My name is Abby, LSW! I have been a social worker for the last seven years working with adults and adolescents in the Metro East. I graduated from the University of Illinois with my MSW. Most recently, I have obtained my LSW and am excited to continue working with people in the therapeutic realm.

I have a strong background in communication and connecting with those I meet. During my experience in social work, I have utilized CBT, motivational interviewing, and talk therapy.

I strive to provide an inclusive, nonjudgemental, and trusting environment so my clients feel safe and heard. While I typically focus on adults, I welcome all age ranges, demographics, and any intersection of identities that are in need.  Working together we will work on coping with stressors and developing mechanisms to assist with stressors in a collaborative effort. I also believe in taking an eclectic approach to counseling and working together to find the best modality for each individual. 

I believe every person’s story is unique and should be met with unique empathy and compassion.
